  • What is CREAM Clothing Club?
    CREAM Clothing Club is a luxury fashion label focused on timeless design, premium materials, and essential wardrobe pieces. We blend elevated simplicity with modern edge—designed for those who appreciate quality and quiet confidence.
  • Where do you source your fabrics from?
    Our fabrics are proudly weaved and dyed in South Africa. We have gone through extensive quality checks on our factory and fabric provider to ensure what you receive in the end product resonates with the principles and ethos of our brand. We aim to support local business in this way, as well as the environment where we can. Of course, the fashion industry is notoriously wasteful, however, it is part of our mission in creating a legacy to be mindful of how and where we do things. This was a big part of our decision to manufacture in South Africa for the time being, to limit our impact on the environment in getting our garments to and from our headquarters. The fabrics are also dyed and printed in such a way as to do what we can to limit pollutants in our environment. We also aim to continually improve on these processes over time.
  • How do I care for my CREAM pieces?
    Each item comes with specific care instructions on the label. To maintain the integrity of our fabrics, we recommend cold washing and air drying where possible. For specialty pieces, dry cleaning may be advised.
  • Is your packaging sustainable?
    Yes. We use minimal, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging wherever possible. We will never compromise on luxury or on our planet.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days. International orders can take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Yes. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Start your return at our contact page.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Cream Clothing Club was founded and is headquartered in South Africa.
  • What sizes do you offer?
